Sales Partnership Contract

We can build you an ever growing sales team and largely finance the recruitment of it through cash flow that the people we place with you produce.  The strongest, most confident experienced salespeople who are money motivated prefer Commission Only.  They know that their income will be potentially much more.  It also gives them considerable freedom and independence.  There are largely two types.  Firstly those after the money.  Secondly more entrepreneur types who want their own business but do not have an idea, capital or an inclination to take over all the admin.  The latter think more long term and are into building a residual income. They see their self-employment as a business. The growth of Affiliates selling for companies shows just how large this audience is. We always with you will construct an earnings matrix, job description and marketing campaign.  It all started when a client told me that he had paid us recruitment fees for salespeople into 6 figures.  He then told us that he had made 7 figures of profit from those people. Profit not sales.  He then offered me a deal to work on an override.  Hence was born the Sales Partnership Contract.

A Commission based team can be right for you depending on your industry, company plans, time lag for payments and other factors.  Feel free to call us to discuss if this might be right for you. We recruit for one or more people for you, who can be in one or multiple locations.  They can be self-employed, employed, remote, office based.  All advice on remuneration schemes and profile of person is included in the price.   We may also run this service via an Interview Process Day, in which case there is an extra fee only for extra people taken.  There are no extra charges for hotel venue etc.  We work until the contract is completed which includes a minimum of 3 months service. 

We charge a £5950 + VAT set up fee (advance only) and then 25% override on sales peoples earnings.  The set up fee is an advance not a deposit.
