Ideal for a small team of trainee or second position salespeople.  According to brief we will recruit and filter a shortlist and invite them to a four-star hotel venue interview day or Zoom Meeting. The day will have various role plays and tests and reject applicants who do not meet standard at each stage.  Finally, you will be left with your elite sales team (or key individual) ready to start.  The process is tough and will both deliver the better quality to you and inspire and motivate them from the start.
