We recruit a group of short list applicants to a 4-star hotel. We always visit you first, establish all the sales point for your jobs and write specific advertising and job description for you. On the recruitment day we put them through various tests and role plays, all managed by us.  You take the elite applicants that have proved themselves.

Fixed fee per person, agree beforehand with a 3-month guarantee as traditional. Only difference is that you pay an advance deposit that covers the management of the recruitment day.  You can enjoy better prices and buy 1, 5, or 10 recruitment events at a fixed fee or even better a fixed monthly subscription for unlimited services.  We only recruit and advertise for people exclusively for your positions. Success Moves Sales started running IP Days in March 2008. Since then we have placed over 10,000 sales people, mostly on commission only formulas.

The process is simple, although there are many highly efficient processes to make it cost effective in delivering results.

Say that you want to recruit between 2 to 12 sales people to add to your team to fuel expansion. Well, in the past you had a choice to use recruitment agencies or recruit directly.

Recruiting directly very rarely works. If it did the recruitment industry would not even exist.

So most choose agencies. As agencies only charge per appointment, you use several.  They send you CVs and talk you into interviewing them.  You spend half an hour each interviewing 20 to pick one.  You do all the recruitment and then they charge you for it.  What most do not realise is that a £3,000 fee amongst 3 agencies is only a £1,000 deal.  So, they go for speed and mass send CVs. Oh and they usually wont touch commission only recruitment anyway, at any price.

The IP Day works quite differently.

We take the brief and mass market through our automated system to identify prospective suitable applicants.  We filter, and those passing the first stage are invited to our Interview Process Day.  We will send all applicants a detailed job description.  This job description will give them recommended reading and pre-interview preparation tasks. All interviewees are processed on a single day.  No drip feed over weeks of people coming in to see you once, then back again. No wasted time on no shows.

  1. What guarantee do I get that new recruits stay?
    Three months replacement cover.  This means you will certainly have your return on investment or should have terminated them.If you are on the better deal subscription service it is our problem to keep your desks fully occupied and producing.

A Typical Interview Process Day

1030 - Registration
Applicants arrive to register.  They must sign a disclaimer to behave respectfully, confidentially and honestly.  Whilst waiting to start we observe how they behave.  Who can mingle with others naturally?  Who are the leaders?

1100 - Presentation by Success Moves Consultant
We talk for 30 minutes to the group about the role, the company, the job.  We focus on the pressure of the job.  We paint a realistic picture and talk about the work, talking of constant rejection, commitment until success is achieved.  We put off the weak and those who are thinking of trying their best. This saves you considerable time repeating the same message to everyone that arrives at your office for interview.

1145 - Personal Presentations
Each candidate is invited to give a 1-minute presentation, on the subect of  'why we should pick them'. We (and you) will be observing at the back of the room.  We will see their confidence, (although interview nerves can be a positive thing), clarity of communication, persuasiveness, personality and how well they have listened to the previous talk and can use it in their presentation.  We have an assessment form to scroe the process and make notes.

1245 - Team Leadership
Depending on your product, we have exercises where candidates must present in a team and sell to the audience.  We immediately see the strong leaders when we ask them to form into groups of their own choice. 

Following the team presentation we score them, add up the two assessments so far and decide on rejections. The Success Moves presenter will announce the rejections.  This will be the second time the group size is reduced.

Those that remain are feeling good whilst aware that the competition is increasing.​​​​​​​

1430 - Sales Training followed by Presentations
We give basic sales training related to your product.  Following this we invite applicants to form a circle and one by one to enter the centre of the circle and pitch a product that we give them. They must do the whole sales process. Get attention, rapport, identity someone with a need, open, objection handle and close. We also look for creativity, energy, passion and determination to succeed.

Following this exercise, we again reduce the group size.

You now have an elite group of candidates, winners, who have proved that they can sell your products against competition.

1600 - Individual Interviews.
We consider all that has happened so far as the first interview.  We now have a select motivated group who are interviewed one by one.

1700 - Offers and Acceptances.
With our advice you make final offer and starting decisions.  We verify their identity, give them instructions on where and when to start work. We give you their CV, proof of identity, references etc.
